The St Andrews Water Sports Association is a community-led initiative with a vision to bring together local watersports clubs, organisations, and individuals to create a thriving, inclusive watersports community.
Our aim is to improve access to the water, encourage participation in watersports, and support the development of a modern Water Sports Hub at East Sands that will benefit both current and future generations.
Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where people of all ages and abilities can discover, enjoy, and develop a lifelong passion for watersports.
We believe that by working together, we can strengthen our local clubs, improve facilities, and create new opportunities for recreation, education, competition, and community engagement.
We envision St Andrews becoming one of Scotland's leading coastal communities for watersports, with facilities that inspire participation, support local clubs, and provide a lasting legacy for everyone who enjoys the sea.
